Our pastry chef, Meriem, comes from a long family tradition of artisanal baking. Nougatine was started by her grandmother. The business was carried on there by her mother. The bakery was a resounding success and had a large and loyal clientele in a culture where offering a variety of tasty desserts is an absolute requirement of hospitality, whether refined or rustic. The Nougatine team takes pride in its handcrafted menu and from-scratch approach. We will never use extra sugar, additives or preservatives. Every item and every single ingredient, as well as our customer service, will be of the very highest quality.
